How can we raise awareness about the marine life affected by this transformation, considering they don’t possess legal rights? The passports, which were part of the installation The Crowded Sea, follow the rights-of-nature movement and assign legal rights to the marine life of the North Sea, therefore integrating them into a legal framework. The illustrations in the passport highlight the current use of the sea and provide insights into the multitude of actors.
